Default Help with my setup

I'm new to the car audio thing. I tried to get me a system on a ebay/craiglis t budget. I have 4 infinity kappa 682.9cf in all doors, a Pioneer avh x5500bhs HU, My sub will be a JL Audio CP108LG-W3v3. Sony Xplod xm1s to power the sub. A Alpine MRP F240 4ch amp and a Old School 1996 Earthquake 4400TXO 4ch amp. Now... my question is should I use the old school amp or the Alpine. I don't have much info on the earthquake. All i know is that it works. I called Earthquake and got them to email me a spec sheet the guy said it was amazing amp in it's day and still is. And that i picked it up for a steal. Here are the specs....

Mono@ 4ohm 250w x 2 ch
Stereo@ 2ohm 125w x 4 ch
Stereo@ 4ohm 85w x 4 ch

Which one do I go with? And how much power do i need to drive to the Infinity speakers and the sub?

Easiest setup is probably the Earthquake on the doors at 85x4 and the Sony on the sub at 290x1.

Another option would be: Alpine bridged on front doors at 100x2, Earthquake on the rear doors at 85x2 and sub at 250x1.
