Default Help me build my stereo

Basically I am tired of trial and error. I am looking for a good stereo setup up while keeping the factory head unit and maintaining sync functions. Can someone please just give me a grocery list of what I need?

I have a 2011 screw fx4 with out the Sony system and alpine Spr-68 door speakers.

I need to power the doors and get a sub.

A: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...RD24.html#tabs

to hook up amps and maintain sync.

B: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nysXutU...-KTP-445U.html

To power the door speakers.

C: http://stores.ebay.com/Rodneys-Custo...=p4634.c0.m322

Rodney has put together some packages on his ebay store that are for the K.I.S.S. type of person. Not saying these are the best or top of the line solutions but it will get you where you want to be.

I would like to keep the budget reasonable. I just want a good clean system with good bass and the ability to listen to a wide range of music. I won't have the volume all the way up probably ever. So nice quality clear sounds but by no means do I need something that will blow the doors off.

Reasonable is subjective...I had the same thing in mind starting my build but my definition of reasonable may not be yours. That said:

Give us something to work with - <$500? <$1000? somewhere in-between?
How are your install skills?
Are you trying to keep it simple or open to doing a little more to get the clean sound/bass you are looking for?

Not trying to be a PITA but there are many options based on what your willing to spend and your attitude/aptitude with the install.

I would be willing to spend up to 1500 but would like to keep it under 1000. You are by no means being a PITA. I would like to keep it pretty basic though. Not interested in cutting up too much. I can do pretty much any of the basic installs only limited to the lack of tools.

$1000 should have you doing really well. Personally I would buy A 5 channel amp, HU, speakers of your choice for doors (those alpines you already have) with a sealed 10 under rear seat.

the amp for me is...the memphis belle.

In the process of putting some stuff together, should have you a good detailed write up about possible equipment in a few minutes. Just double checking some links.
