Help installing In dash nav on 09 xlt
Hey guys, I am trying to install a kenwood dnx5140 on my 09 xlt. It took me forever to find the wiring diagram, as every diagram I found for an 09 did not even come close to matching up with mine. (Had to hardwire, I was sent the wrong harness and of course no local shop has one in stock.) Turns out the diagram off of the 2010 matches up perfectly. So far, I have all the speakers connected, the power, ground etc. The unit is getting power because a red lights comes on in the upper left corner, but the screen never comes on. I am completely stumped, I have been doing hours of research, and coming up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Yes both wires are currently connected. I have the yellow wire (on the head unit) connected to the white/red coming from the car. According to the diagram the white/red is the constant. The grey/violet according to the diagram is "hot at start" I have that connected to the red wire on the head unit. The red light flashes which just indicates security according to the manual. I have no sound at all.

Diagnosed the problem tonight, cannot locate the delay power wire, even with a test light. So far, we only found the constant. Is the delay located in the second smaller harness?
