Default HELP, Installed new unit, now truck chimes

I installed a new head unit in my 05 screw today, and everything is working great, but now my door ajar chime beeps roughly 20 times after I start my truck, then it stops. Is the computer just taking time to learn the new unit or do I have a wiring problem? Thanks for any help!

I would say a wiring problem. Did you use a wiring adapter?

Was it like this?
Amazon Amazon
Looks pretty straight forward but I would still say a wiring problem.

Still sounds like feedback from a wiring problem. Can you plug in the old radio and see if it stops?

Unfortunately not, the reason I put a new headunit in was my truck was broken into and my old unit was stolen, I'm thinking I'm going to pull it out and make sure I didnt cross a wire of some sort.
