HELP,I cant get my radio wired correct!
I have been messing with my head unit in my 2009 f150 supercrew. I have the Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD I also have the scosche harness for the radio. I cant seem to find out how to wire the harness. I wired it like it shows but it will stay on even if I turn off the truck and open the door! Does anyone have a diagram that shows how to install it like it would work las a factory radio? I went to 12volt.com but I dont understand the pictures and Diagrams they show. I would take it to a local intalation place but I am in germany and the Local Germans want to charge close to 400 euro!!!!!!!!! close to 500 bucks! All help would be greatly needed, Thanks guys/gals.

There are generally two positives that go to a stereo. One is hot all the time....one is only hot with the switch on.
The one that is hot all the time is usually used for the stereo memory and clock.
The one that is switched on is usually used for general power.
I am wondering if maybe you got these backwards.
You can check these with a probe.

Do you know if this is available in an '03 as well? My wife's 2002 Envoy has this feature. I've only had my '03 F150 for a month and I can't remember if the stock radio stayed on until the door was opened or not. I'd sure like to make it work with my Kenwood DNX 6140.
