Here is how to remove panles for a 2005 so hopefully a 2010 is not that much different...
The front has a slot where you can insert a screwdriver and remove the front grille.
The second picture shows door before the top two panels are removed. They are held down with friction fittings and just pull off.
The third picture shows the door with the panels off. There are two screws underneath the panels that need to be removed. Also a screw on the bottom of door.
And last there is a screw underneath the switch that needs to removed. Also the door handle is attached with two screws just remove the trim plate over screws and remove handle. After that the whole panel will slide off when pulled up.
This is for a Supercab so Screw will probably be a bit different.

alright, i know i still need to get that door pic up, and will do so tomorrow if i find the time. now that i know I am getting jl c2-570x all around, i am going to go ahead and ask for recommendations on an amp to go with it, 50w x 4 channel would suffice just fine for me, and power the speakers properly. I found a nice JL amp on sonicelectronix.com for $139, but wondering about this 'sound storm' amp i see on there...anyone know anything about them? Are they any good? I would love to save money anywhere possible, but at the same time, don't want to buy something that is going to fail on me in a few months, and could possibly damage my system in other ways.
any suggestions appreciated.
peace

How about this amp?

I am being a bit selfish though. This was an amp that Grounthumper18 recommended to me. He said it was one of the best around for the price. I will also be using the same speakers that you are buying so I was hoping to get feedback from you on both the speakers and amp since I will be buying the same setup.

If you are going to use JL speakers i would use there amp as well. Companies design there speakers and amps to run together and you will be hard pressed to find anything that will be cleaner and better sounding than JL especially for the price.

Personally I wouldn't pay for the JL. The Kappas sound pretty good, but the higher frequencies seem a little harsh sometimes. Eh, I would pass on both the Polk and the Pioneers. Another you might want to look at are the boston Sl80s. I've had those for a year and a half. If you could find some DD CX6x8s or Critcal Mass 6x8s that would be badass. What I found out over a period of time is that I like a louder front stage with no speakers in the rear. This would allow you to spend more money on a nice set. IMO that would be better than buying 4 lesser ones.
