Oh you poor victim. Your still fairly new truck doesn't have a good affordable aftermarket kit to replace the stock stereo!! Oh how will life go on!! the horrors. How about you quit whining and go develop a kit yourself? Or pay big dollars for a custom fabrication? Or better yet shut your pie hole and go sell your truck and let the adults wait for the aftermarket to come up with a good solution.

And no, no gravy boat will be missed. Those 400k trucks will still be on the road, and their owners will still be thinking about upgrading the stereo. Man your attitude stinks.

Oh we all get frustrated, we just don't whine about how we've been waiting 2 years for a product that's only been hinted at for about 3 or 4 months now.

You don't like your radio, you do have options. Alpine, Metra, Schosche, that chineese POS. You wanted to put a crappy android in your dash, go get a radio out of a wrecked F150, if there were 400k sold in August of whatever alone I'm sure someone totalled at least one or two, go check Ebay then get ahold of that guy that does it on here (I forget his name)

Either way you said you're pleased as punch with you're crappy little bolt on Kicker sub, so once again why don't you go take a long walk off a short pier, but first unsubscribe to this post since it obviously is of no use to you and all you are doing is

I get frustrated but this really ranks low on the frustration list. Bigger things to worry about. Funny thing is 12Volt responded about a week ago trying to explain where they are at in the process. A little bird told me that the prototype is done but like others have said getting them perfected before they release them takes time and there are always delays out of their control. I can assure you it will be a quality product and worth the wait.

I do need to ask whatever happened to the tablet install you were going to do?
Last I saw you had the face plate and the tablet......

True it is a little low, I was pissed at the world over something else and this was just an avenue to vent. Feel better now, Oh and tell that idiot jm I can see he's posting something and probably really low on the iq chart but I can't see it because he's been on my ignore list for quite some time now, the sweetness of not having to drone thru his garbage is nice. ask him how that $500 Chinese pos he bought worked out. LOL

Still trying to figure out a good option to mount the tab to the bezel, I had asked that guy here on the forum tk something that does the ipad mounts about a mount but I guess he has better things to do.

Then the kicker upgrade came out and then camera source came out with the reverse cam mod for the 4.2" screen so I'm feeling like I got tossed out of a tornado with an inner ear infection on which way to go next.

All of which would be a moot point had someone come out with a decent nav/head unit.
