Hello all. I have a 2002 F150 with the AM/FM cassette player, and under the back seat 6 disc changer. The CD changer has given up, so I am in need of another one.

I have found a couple of great deals on in-dash 6 disc changers. One is from a 2005 Expedition with DVD, and the other is from a 2011 Crown Vic. Will either one of these in-dash units interchange with my current AM/FM cassette unit?

Highly doubtful if it would fit. Different mounting and wiring.

I would just get a changer on eBay for $50.
