Default Gps Solid mount

I've searched a while and couldn't find much. Iam looking for a better way to mount my garmin nuvi250 GPS in my 04 F. Not a fan of the suction cup mounts. I would like to have it mounted somwhere I can hide the wires easily as I want to hard wire it. I was thinking above the HU somwhere maybe?? Just wondering if anyone has done anything to acomplish this.

thanks Punisher. I like the Idea of that top one but dont really need to buy a new gps. That bracketron idea is more what I was after. I never thought about one of those. Just about every truck here has a bag phone mounted in it(oil patch) and uses somthing like that...dont know why I ever thought of that. Thanks a lot!

BUT OUCH 42 bucks shipping to Canada!! Im sure I'll be able to find somthing local or make my own I think. Just wanted to see if anyone had any trick ways of mounting it

EDIT: thats shipping from bracketron the ebay seller aint so bad...

would you be OK with using your coin slot on the dash to the left of the radio? i used mine and basically glued it in with a PVC adapter. it is clean and it is very visible as i drive and stay out of the way. the wire can run behind the unit and behind the panel. i can get pics if you are interested.

I'd like some pics if you don't mind. I am thinking about doing that same thing, but I am going to move the 12v outlet on the right side to the left, so my gps will be to the right of the HU, and not behind the shifter. I've been thinking about the best way to mount it..haven't come up with much.
