Fox acoustics sub box
Ordered my fox acoustic box for my crew the 4th. Checked the status yesterday and all it says is processing so I called to see if there was a problem. From what I could make out the guy said it would ship today. Hard to understand him he was talking so fast. Checked my status today and no change. I am now reading all this stuff of people getting the same thing, your box ships tomorrow. Month later they have it. I have all my stuff sitting in the garage ready to go and really dont want to wait a month on a box. Is it worth the wait or cancel it and get another??

I have the single 10 box and it is a great box...and yes the service/shipping can be a pain,I would just stay on them with phone calls etc..I would wait it out a little longer before canceling as a Foxbox is a quality box for a reasonable price.

I never had luck calling. I got email'd back the next day though. They told me they had pieces back ordered and that was why my box was taking a while. If I remember correctly, 3 weeks from payment til I got it

They wont even email me back. Guess it don't matter if they email me or not. When I talked to the guy earlier this week he flat out lied to me. A little communication on their end would be nice. I just would like a idea of when I will have it.

They aren't exactly known for their customer service. Sorry to hear that they're dicking you around.

2011 Screw XLT 4x4
I bought one and I have mine locked in my bed of my truck for over two months. I've been so busy. But I have a total system install early next month because my reliable and good installer in my area is backed up for a month anyways. It's really worth the wait and I've heard nothing but good things from their product so I'm waiting like you but I'm not expecting anything less than a great product.
