Where do we use this when checking out? I'm looking at the 2009-UP F-150 SUPER CREW DUAL 10" VENTED SUB ENCLOSURE.

Anyone have success with calling fox over the phone? I was expecting my box a couple days ago based on my conformation email and nothing. I've tried contacting him through email about and no response and was hoping to call him at the shop.
The email conformation is vague as it just tells me expected date of delivery (08/13) and that Fed Ex has been notified and nothing else. Usually it's updated every stop and scanned but there has been no other update. I called fedex and they stated the only thing that the see is that they have been notified for pickup and I would need to call the vendor. So here I am stuck with all my equipment with no box for installation.
