Well, just got back to town Monday afternoon. Picked up my truck and all I can say is holy s#!t. This is the 4 system I have done and it is by far the best sounding of them all. The clarity and.detail in everything g.is outstanding. The vocals are the best I have ever heard on any system and I have a really high end 2 channel system in my home. The sound stage is all the way to the mid hood and wider than the truck. The job the shop did is great fit and finish is very good. I will take some pictures this weekend. If you are thinking Focal and can invest in the K2 line it will be worth it.

That's pretty awesome. Look forward to the pics. I couldn't splurge for the K2 line, but think the Flax line still sounds pretty great. I'm still sitting on mine, waiting for my amp. I did switch from a 4 channel to a JL 5 channel. I am contemplating making some 5x7 Kappas fit in the rear with a custom adapter for some better fill.

The Flax do sound pretty good and are warmer and a lot "darker" than the K2's. The K2's are kind of an acquired taste and can be awful bright at first. But after some listening and a little tuning, they really are simply outstanding speakers. Cant go wrong with either though.
