Default FM Direct Adapter

I just installed the Sirius FMDA25 (FM Direct Adapter) on my 2006 today, for use with my Sportster 5. Was really simple: just pop off the middle bezel, undo the 4 screws, pull out the FM antenna cord, plug it into this adapter, plug the adapter into the head unit, and close it all up. No static whatsoever. I was looking for an alternative to the cigarette lighter FM transmitter I had because it had a real high pitched whine in it.

It pretty much just hard wires the docks FM transmitter right into the signal that the FM antenna picks up. I got it at Best Buy for like $30. Good for anyone who hasn't gotten to the Aux mod on their radio (like me )

How did you get to the back of the radio? I just bought my FM direct adaptor today. I am going to try to get in on tomorrow. I haven't tried to figure out how to get to the back of the radio yet.
