One more question....how hard was it to yank out the rear seat to mount your equipment on the rear wall? Thats my next step.
I didn't take the seat out at all, in my original post, there is a link to a thread discussing it. In the 09-10 models, there is a latch that holds the back portion of the seat to the back wall, you just reach behind it, and pull upwards on this little pin, and it releases the latch, and you fold the seat right down...the 04-08 is a different story, but i don't have one, so don't have teh details on that.

Wow this looks great! And thanks for posting. I just orderd my box from supercrewsound.com yesterday. I will be installing (2) Kicker CVT10 subwoofers for sure. I am just now looking at speakers and amps to drive everything. I did find how to fold the rear seat forward and plan on putting my amps in the same location as you did. One question, with your amp are you still able to lift the seat up for storage? Not a big deal just curious. The box i have coming has the subs firing down so i could raise the rear seats with no change of screwing up the subs.

yes i am still able to lift the seat, i did have to make sure and mount the amp just high enough so that it wouldn't hit the plastic back of the seat, it did at first, so i raised it about 1.5"

Thanks for the info. Have you hooked your subs up yet? I really like the set up your using and was stoked to see that the amps would fit back there. Someone mentioned installing under my front seats but I didnt like that at all.

Do you feel that the 360 is worth it over just a simple LOC?
I think on the non-Sony units we get a pretty flat signal from the HU.
But, it would be nice to have some sort of an EQ.

I'm getting ready to install amps and speakers and trying to decide on the wiring and line conversion.

I really liked the 360. The signal coming from my headunit (single cd non nav) the signal was not flat at all, and the 360 got it really close to it. Having the EQ is nice, though since i got the .1 model there are not really enough eq to finely tune it, but there was enough to get the sound i liked out of it. The only part i really didn't like about it is that you HAVE to use bluetooth to configure it, its a nice feature, but they should have also used a usb connection or something similar to work with it. I ended up putting parallels on a macbook and installign windows in it, then using the built in bluetooth, i tried with a phone, but mine wasn't compatible.

In the end, im glad I got it and like it, but cannot tell you how much different it would have been without it, since i never tried it that way. I was able to find it new for ~180 shipped...
