That's what I am hoping I can do too, tap in to that wiring harness in the rear for the factory Sony amp when I remove it. Im also wondering about the power and signal wires but I guess I will see.

for the power, i ran it down the side of the frame, under the back door, there is a small grommet to run the power wire through under the back door b-pillar close to where it turns up. For the signal wire, on the 3sixty, i can change the remote on it to be remote out, and the speaker wire inputs turn on the 3sixty when it senses a signal, then, it outputs the remote signal through it to the amp to turn it on, works well...

Assuming there is a single sub amp or at least sub amp signal, having the Sony System may give you an advantage over Compcoder's when putting just added sub bass. Since you don't need to pull the signals from your highs, you can rely on Sony's low pass filtered sub signal, which, if it's like my 06 audiophile, will be Low (preamp/RCA) level before the amp. You can wire an RCA jack straight to it and plug it into your aftermarket amp. You could add the 360 for bass reconstruction if you are not happy with the results.
