Default Factory rear rubber mount.

I just replaced my 2004 F150 Supercab factory stereo head unit with a JVC avx810 .. fairly easy swap.. trim was fun to pop off... thought for a sec it was going to crack in half right near the radio. But it didn't. Anyhow has anybody who did a stereo swap replace the Ford factory rear rubber radio mount and put it on the replacement radio? all that holds my JVC now is the 4 front screws. Is that enough?

When installing them in Honda's, they only snap in... Holds just fine. I would not be worried.
