Yeah. Will get them up soon. I keep forgetting.

I sized up the fiberglass section last night after placing the mounting ring and did a rough cut of the shape using a cutoff wheel. Going to be a tight fit behind that center armrest from the 60/40, but it should be alright. Working it in to fit with the seat all the way pushed back, so if i have to move it forward a notch or two i'll definitely be able to.

Dont have much time the rest of the week, but should be able to get something more going this weekend. I still have to put down some body filler to even out the interior of the box as well as fill in some of the volume to meet the sealed container requirements of the sub. Then i have to t-stretch the top seal to finish and one final few layers of resin to top it off. Then all that should be left is to cut the wire terminal and place the fabric and mounting brackets.

Here's a couple pics I had from the beginning of the box build:

This is the rear area behind the seats. Not a big space. I've taken out the tool tray. Just a couple bolts on either end of the tray and a nut in the middle, and I now have a semi flat area for the box:

This is after I taped down the entire area with masking tape. Here, i've opted to also tape the back wall in order to better protect the box tray i'm making.

This is the fiberglass tray removed after 3 rough coats. Not really an easy area to work in. Really small behind the seats. Note that the bottom of the tray is at the top of the image. I was preparing to sand the entire thing down and trim the top so that the MDF backwall and base lip could be tacked on with drywall screws.

I had that fibrous fiberglass sheeting sitting in my closet and decided to use that up before I went to pick up more woven sheet. That was a bad idea. Not easy to keep the majority of the fibers down as you can see above. I've done this with the woven sheet before and its SO much easier.

I'm a bit short on time this week, so probably wont be able to touch this thing again until Saturday, but i'll snap a pic of the trimmed and sanded form when I get home from work. It doesnt look anything like the above. I have to stop by Home Depot and get a piece of dowling for the speaker mount install as well as some more fiberglass resin for the top of the enclosure for my t-shirt stretch.
