I'm pretty sure just Dynamat over the opening will do plenty without the need for added plasitc.

Dynamat did the trick. I didn't remove all of the plastic. Only area where I was putting the dynamat. I can tell a difference in the sound. I also didn't have to pay for the dynamat so that was a saved expense. The guy in front of me at Best Buy paid it forward and bought my dynamat for me. Pretty cool

I have been hearing of cases of paying it forward lately, is there something I am missing? Also that is great news Mudweiser glad to hear you can hear a difference, hopefully is is a good difference!

I have had someone pay it forward on me twice. Best buy was the second time. The first was at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to pick up the order we had called in just to get there and the lady said someone came in and paid for it already. There was a note to pay it forward. Bdubs was around $35 and best buy was around $55.

I can hear a difference but I definitely need to add an amp for the door speakers and a sub for the lower notes.
