Default Dual 12 inch subwoofer Supercab help

I have Dual 12 inch kicker cvt subwoofers and amp from an old box that used to be in a box for my car. However, i have traded that car in and would now like to install these same subs and amp into my 2011 F150 supercab.

I have searched PLENTY and to my surprise I have not seen too many Dual 12 inch subwoofer installations.

The reason why I am posting is to receive some advice and insight. What I would like to know is if this is possible, I have seen a few boxes specifically for supercab but very few for dual 12 inch. Would I need to lift the rear seats? Should I go downfire? If anyone has pics of a similar setup with dual 12's I would appreciate pics to see the options for mounting amp etc..

12's are pretty big and the SC back seat is pretty narrow. I had 10's and the box under the seat still stuck out a bit.

Even with a seat lift, that's still gonna be tough...there just isn't enough room down there for enough air space for the subs to be at their top notch...you could try to fab something up yourself, but most people that I've seen (with the 04-08 model) run 10s.

Im going to measure it all out sometime this week and see what the cone depth of the subs are before i go ahead and give this a shot, worst case scenario I will just swap the 12's for 10's

I think supercrewsound.com makes a box that fits dual 12s. I have dual 10s and got my box from them. Honestly though I don't think you'll be happy with the sound of the 12s. the box has .8 cu ft of internal volume per sub and that is very small. Especially when I just came from a 3 cu ft box with the same subs.

If you put your mind to it anything can be done. I got 2 12 6 1/2 inches deep behind my seats all the way back proper airspace. Reg cab 97.
