Default DoubleDin Unit questions

I would liek to replace my factory unit with a touch screen all in one (iPod, DVD, sat radio, etc...) I did this myself in my previous explorer but it did not have the factory Sat Radio in it already.

My question is, can I buy a unit that will use my current Sat Radio attenna or will I have to buy the behind dash receiver and attenna for Sirius as well? The iPod I will just run into the glove box like I did in my explorer

In my 2008, I was able to use the stock Sirius antenna. All you have to do is take off the little yellow clip at the connector end. You do have to buy a new Sirius tuner to go with whatever brand of stereo you buy.

The Pioneer Avic-Z110BT DVD receiver. also it seems the Sirius works better I didn't loose signal in the normal places that I usually lost it with factory head unit, but today was the first day I tried it (Sirius) since install finally called them last night to activate,so I guess time will tell.
