Double Din Stereo won't fit into raptor dash on a XLT
I guess I brought this on myself, but I was trying to install a double-din AVIC8000NEX on my new 2014 XLT with 4.2" screen and I bought a SVT Raptor dash on eBay to do so, but the radio appears to hit the top of the metal under-frame in the car and won't fit.
I guess the double-din screen on the Raptor has a shallow form-factor...
I understand now why the Metra and Scosche kits both have the screen on the bottom...
