DIY vs. paying for install

DIY vs. paying for install
So after not being able to tolerate the crappy stock speakers in my 2013 scab anymore, I bought 2 pairs (4 speakers) of the Pioneer TS-A6885R. I could install them myself, but it really seems like a PITA to do and I wouldn't do it the "right way". I know I won't get top notch sound quality from only replacing the 4 5x7 speakers.*I called a local shop this evening that does excellent work and he basically promised me that they could make my truck sound incredible by just replacing the 4 factory 5x7 speakers. Stock head unit, no amp, no sub. I asked how? His one word answer was "dynamat". He told me no more than $225 labor and material and out the door I would go. Is this a good price to have them installed? Does anyone else have dynamat lined on the inside of their door panels with aftermarket speakers? How does it sound now?

$225 for material and labor to dynamat your cab and install the speakers you just bought? Hell yeah that's a great deal, dynamat at cheap! Or is he doing just the doors? Even so it's still a good price.

How much is he going to dynamat? Just the doors and if so, is he doing the whole door or just around the speakers themselves?

Is that price for the speakers and head unit too? Or just the dynamat? If that just dynamat price well you could get enough SECOND SKIN bstock sound deadener for the whole truck at that price if your willing to do the work...
