kay so I ordered my mother F**ing subs on the 30th of last month and still havnt received them and no tracking number also I called numerous times alwayz saying they are busy and I've sent 3 emails and no reply has any1 bought from here b4?

I haven't purchased from there, but was going to. Until I looked them up on RipOffReport.com. I go there before buying anywhere online. Read some customer's experiences from dealercostcaraudio.com.

Also, if you do indeed receive your subs, make sure you thoroughly inspect them, and also make sure that they sent you the correct ones. I read that some people have had them ship obviously defective products. Instead of shipping defective ones back to the manufacturer (because they aren't an authorized dealer to most, if not all of their brands) they will either screw you over, or ship you another one after you ship yours back... Then, the defective one gets shipped out to another customer who ordered the same product.
Also, I have read that a customer would order product A, and get product B, and be billed more for product B, since it's a more expensive item. So make sure that you check your statement, and inspect the product when you receive it. Obviously.

i called lik 9 times and sent 3 emails then i read revies and got pissed off so i told em if they didnt reply i was going to report them nd tlk to my cc company and tlk to my lawyer so they replied FAST and old me they canceled my order and they would refund my money but allot of ppl say they nver refund so if your gonna buy sumthing DONT buy nething from them cuz they will screw you over BIG time STAY AWY FROM DEALERCARCOSTAUDIO.COM

They aren't an authorized dealer for anything they have, if I recall correctly. I have heard of people actually getting their products. Chances are that they are stolen, or bought from liquidations, bought from an employee of a car audio shop, etc.
Good luck getting your refund. I see that they said you were getting it, but hopefully you actually get it from them.

Another site you can use is whois.sc. If you add the domain afte whois.sc (ie. http://www.whois.sc/dealercostcaraudio.com), it will give you the domain owners information.
Unfortunately, this company is hiding their information...that's a sign that they are a site not to deal with right there.
