Craven Speed Stub Antenna Review
For the holidays one of my stocking stuffers was the craven speed stub antenna for my 2011 F150 SCREW. After reading reviews, and wanting to go though car washes without worry of the stock antenna snapping and wanting the minimalist look I thought it was intriguing.
Well, after I put it on I can say the radio reception greatly decreased (I live in Central Florida). The look and build quality is great but I can't live with the sub par performance. It may be just where I commute, but the stub is getting returned. Just wanted to FYI anyone if they were thinking about it. Anyone else have the same experience?

I had the same experience. However, I kept mine and swap it with the stock antenna when I go through the car wash. Then I put the stock antenna back on.
The reception with the Craven is really bad, even with AM. I had high hopes for it, and like the way it looks, but it's not a good antenna.
