Default Cant find the subwoofer connection on 2004 F150

Hey guys Im trying to install a factory subwoofer under my rear seat on my CrewCab F150. I was told to look in the little slit underneath the rear seat and there would be a connection to hook it up.

I cant seem to find it. Is it possible my truck does not have it? Its a 2004 F150 FX4 Crew Cab.

Default sub wires

pull up the door threshold and follow the wires, if they don't go under the carpet under the rear set then you most likely don't have the harness from the frivers front kick panel back (just like my truck) if your still not sure.. pull the drivers kick panel, look at the large connector with the bolt through it.... look at the upper laft corner of the plug... the wires from the sub plug behind the radio plug in there..... you should have the same thing coming out of the other side of that plug... if you don't then you don't have it!!

theres many things you can do to make your stereo look stock. i have a 99 f150 and i have a box that fits under the back seat like a champ. its the same color as the carpet and it looks very stock. with the cables i ran them under the carpet so in your application your saying that you can install just a sub and theres already a cable ran for you to just put one there. in that case you can take out your stereo and it should have a sub out connection on it and you can follow it from there and see where it goes.
as for a stereo you can get harnesses that plug right into the stock stereo harness and you would have to use butt connectors and connect the aftermarket stereo to the wire harness and then connect the 2 harnesses together looks great and depending on your stereo you could have an extra spot to put things in your truck under or over your stereo
if this helps good. if not im sorry for takeing up your time

Can I just yank the stock stereo and tell that way? Ive done this on mustangs for years but Im having all kinds of trouble doing it with this truck! With Mustangs you got the clean stock look with an Infinity Basslink and just wired it to the rear speakers and boom, worked flawlessly. Im really hoping to add a little bit of thump to my truck for around $200 all said and done.

How do I take out the stock stereo unit? I have the indash 6disc
