You can keep your factory radio with a kicker front row. Expensive but works great.gives your RCA inputs and some eq control.

So I can't put a LOC on the front speakers, send them to the amp and back. Then put a LOC on the rear speakers and send them to the amp and back, plus to the sub?

I'm really glad I posted this out here, you guys are very helpful.

No. Also, after a ton of research, and talking to some top audio guys who have done many of these factory integrated systems in Raptors etc, you should use the Bit Ten. Or bit One is you just have money you want to blow. Also can look at the JBL MS8, or something similar. But what I learned after lots and lots of asking and reading and finally calling, just use a bit ten as that was their strong advice after using the Alpine Imprint, the JBL, the Kicker, The JL etc... Bit Ten, by Audison.

OK - I will skip the LOCs and buy a processor. Will the LCQ1 work or do I need one of these other units that are several hundred dollars. The LCQ is still $200+ I wasn't expecting to need.

Kind of a high priced upgrade, but I don't think he wants to drop more on a Processor than his entire system.

And the PXA H800 has new software that allows signal summing of 6 channels and outputs 8. All available on alpines site. However, with RUX controller, its about the same price as the Bit Ten.

I think a simple signal summer would be fine for his system.

cool . But this is the way to do it if you want it to sound good, and it's like $400..... So it's not too much for something proven, that sounds amazing. Do things right or half asssesd, I couldn't care less, not my truck. I gave the answer that I found after months of research, people can listen, or do their own due dilligence. This is from MASTER installers, who have done all kinds of these and this is what they swear by after trying the Alpine, JL, etc.... This is solid info I am giving the OP, use it or don't , but it's a definitive answer. I know, cause I have close to 5 grand worth of stereo going in my truck this spring... so I spent a long time reading, then finally just picked up a phone and asked.

Me too. Can't wait til it's possible to warp through it and come out the other end...Would be so much fun.

Anyway, this guy asked a question.I answered it trying to help, then my new stalker came along and was his usual self derailing the thread. To the OP, if you would like the credentials of where I attained my info I am glad to give it to you via PM.Just let me know.I too looked long and hard for a quality solution without breaking the bank. I'm happy to share what I learned if you want a smoth quality install. These were Master installers, not 17 year old kids just starting out.. They literally tried so many different integration products, and this was their fave by far, next to the Bit One, which costs double.
