I have an 03 scab and im building a custom box for under my rear bench seat. Im still undecided on going with a 10 or 12 inch sub. But my question is can i hook up a sub and amp up to my stock 6 disc radio?

You will need to use a line out converter or an amp that has high level inputs.

Yes, you can. As already stated, you can purchase a line level to RCA converter. It is easy to install and you can do it yourself with minimal tools and knowledge.
