OK finally got it in and all the wires hidded to my satisfaction.

Could only find one "add a circuit" for a low profile mini-fuse. It was on the internet and luckly they posted a picture. The top of it was wider than the low profile mini fuse and it would not fit into the Ford fuse panel where the entire fuse is recessed into the cavity.
So I just made me one.... Took a regular mini-fuse.... Filed the side of the blades to make them narrow enought to fit the low profile cavity.... Cut some of the tip off the blades so that it would recess deeper.... Soldiered a wire to the inside of one of the blades.... Installed the the fuse in # 38 with the wire to the right side.... This has the new circuit protected by the fuse.... With this procedure the cover will fit.... Ran wires to a power outlet and pluged in the Sirius radio.... Ran all wires behind molding and dash ending at the left "cubby hole" below the coin holder on the dashwhere ithe brake controller goes.... Wrapped the base of the radio mount with foam rubber and gently pushed the base into the "Cubby hole".... I had painted the foam black in case any of it showed....If I ever install a factory brake controller, will move radio to right "Cubby hole"

A little complicated but it looks great!

Mine is a 2007 Screw. Is the ACC wire to the radio capable of supporting 2 extra devices? I want to do this for my satellite radio and my Garmin. The power recepticles I will use are fused with 10amp fuses. That should be more than enough to power the items, but the lt grn/yellow wire only carries 10amps total. It is a stock radio/CD changer and no sub. I have 20amp fuses if needed.
If I have to run one of the devices off the cig-lighter (in case you say so), am I correct in thinking that I have to use 20amp fuses since those power inputs run back to 20amp fuses in the fuse block? Sorry I am electronically challenged.

Thank you for your help!

The ACC/Ignition(pink/black or lt. green/yellow) is what turns your radio on, when you turn your key to either the accessory or to the run position this is supplied with 12v.

For what you are trying to do, which is have the Sirius unit turn on and off with the truck you will need to use the (pink/black or lt. green/yellow)

Also make sure you have a good ground, I recommend grounding to the radio itself and not the harness.

For the connection to the wire you will want to splice it in, I recommend against using t-taps or any other type of quick connect, they prove unreliable over time. What I recommend is taking a razor blade and carefully shaving about 1/2 inch of insulation from the ACC wire, careful because the wire is thin(but not easily cut by a razorblade). Next from the wire for the Sirius strip about 3/4 inch of insulation off. Wrap this around the exposed portion of wire from the factory harness. Wrap in about 1 inch of electrical tape. Also make sure that you add some around the insulated portions of the ACC wire and the Sirius wire to keep them together, this will act as a strain relief. Throw a zip tie over the point where you wrapped the wire together.

Normally I would solder, but I left that out of this tutorial.

And as a final note, if you end up blowing a fuse, its not going to be the one for the radio its the ACC/Radio/IGN or something along those lines.

+ Radio 12v lt. green/purple
- Radio Ground black and black/lt. green
+ (Radio Ignition pink/black or lt. green/yellow)

Go to the fuse box and find yourself an open circuit and connect both there and don't ever put a larger fuse in than what is recommended. The wire size is designed to carry a certain voltage. If it is fused at the fuse block there is no reason to add another fuse.
