Can anyone compare jl 10w3v3??
anyone out there use to have a 10w3v2 and switched to the v3? is there a big difference? clarity/performance? i ask bc i had planned on just using my old v2 i had laying around but found a decent deal on the v3 and was wondering if it was worth spending the money

Depends on your amp. The v2 can only handle 300w, the v3 can do 500w. Sensitivity is close enough not to matter.
If you've only got 300W RMS to push them, stick with the v2, If you've got more, consider the cost to upgrade to the v3.

I have a jl a1800 mono block. I think somewhere around 1000 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Waaay more than what I need I know but I originally planned on a couple w6s years ago when I got it. I'll probably upgrade if I can hopefully sell my old subs and box.
