Default Built a sub box - whats your thoughts

check out the pictures i just finished building a friends box - i still need to carpet it once the carpeting comes in towards the end of the week but what do you think of the box its-self?

not too bad! Cut/route out some of the wood there of the "legs" that keep the woofer off the floor. At least in the front of the box so the woofer can displace some air

hooked it in to my truck to see how it would sound - i think i need to take up some of the air space with mineral wool and like you said cut the front/back edges....to point i've only built a speakerbox that was "square" never an under seat one....anyways....this sub is rated for 200rms - .4 to 1.0 cubic foot air - box is right at 1.0 cubic feet...

nope, i just moved to alaska lol! Passed thru phoenix a few weeks ago moving from florida - lol - it looks good but it wasn't hitting that hard this morning i think i built it with too much air space and didn't route out anyway for air displacement when sub hits - planning to grab saw-zaw and cut two of the "legs" that go to the floor out so i can get air displacement and then im going to stuff some mineral wool in there to take up space

moved because of work - and alaska is cold and dark right now lol but its great took a month and half off to move up here....i see your from south texas - i just visited a friend in austin area while i was driving up...
