Check out this supplier. They look similar to what you have. Each connection has a PDF with specs. You should find a match.

Why don't you just tap in low level converters to your speakers and use the low level inputs?

The SO has high inputs so if he had the connectors he could go in high and skip the LL convertor.

Crutchfiield is sending me two at no charge. Woo woo. Now just have to wait for everything to come in which is going to suck.

Any one have any recommendations when to take into the rear speaker wire for the subs?

Easiest way is to Tap into the door sills on each side of truck. I think the colors are purple and gray.

Yes I know that. If he was going to have to pay for the high level wires the he might as well get low level adapters and have a better signal

Alright power cables ran and remote wire for the subs bass adj. I need help with one last thing. I am going to take the audio from the rear speakers on the left and right. I plan on running the audio cables through the stock rubber boots. There is a plastic time piece that covers the entire car support that the seat belt is attached to. It's there a way to get this off easily so I can fish the wires through.

I've been searching around YouTube for a video on it and can't find any.

No need. Don't overthink it. Remove the door sill panels at the front doors. Use the T connectors to crimp onto the wires. Then run them down the channels and tuck behind/under the panels. You don't need to remove anything but front and back door sills. Very simple.
