It does. You just can't use the Kicker 4 channel amp. Here is a write up one of my customers with the Sony system did.

For those wondering if this kit will work in a regular cab, yes it will. The sub fits behind the seat. You can tilt and slide the seat without any problems. The sub comes with 3 mounting brackets. I only used one. I had to bend it so it would make contact with the side of the rear floor. I'm sure you could modify the other brackets if you wanted more mounting points. With just the one and it behind the seat it is very secure. Other than that just follow the regular instructions.

Question.
I just bought a 14 STX supercrew. I have basic sync cd wit separates up front. On the package deal can I replace the door speakers with the kickers but leave the tweeter and crossover? Second question is any more specials coming up???

With Beau's kit do you leave the tweeters hooked up? Is the crossover in line? I can see in the pic the 4 6x8 speakers but want to know what to do with the tweeters.

They continue to play off of the radios power, the new Kicker coaxials run off of the new 4 channel amp. I prefer to just snip the wires on the tweeters. They are just in the way with this new system.
