Boost audio in a Single cab
Hey guys I have a 1993 f-150 regular cab but I want to boost my audio. Any ideas?
I have heard of putting a sub in the middle of the cab but that just sounds stupid to me

Im comming from an explorer with 2 12s & 1000w amp to a 86 150 reg cab. Obviously change the deck. But if you upgrade the deck you need to upgrade the door speakers. Paper sounds crappy with a modern 45x4 deck. Both of these can be had for 150 for a decent set up at walmart using either pioneer or xplod. You could kick in a 300watt amp to up the doors output.
Im gonna add in a shallow mount 10" sub and a 500watt amp behind the seat. Crutchfield setup would be 450 or so for box, sub, and amp.
So 600 bucks could redo everything and give a butt load better sound.
