Default Best settings for amp?

I recently upgraded my speakers and sub in my truck. The LOC (for the door speakers) feeds the amp. I left all the settings however they came from the factory. The amp has all kinds of settings including Freq Hz, X-Over, Gain, Punch, Phase, etc. You can see images of the exact unit I bought below.

My question really centers around the amp. Its a RF P1000x5 amp. What should the door speakers Freq be set to? Also, what should the amp Freq & Phase be set to? Is that "Infrasonic Filter Hz" supposed to be on or off?

Don't get me wrong, the sound is amazing. I'm just wondering if now that the WOW-factor is over if I'm missing something more. The RF site has info on the manual for the 2013 line but I have a 2012 model and can't find an owner's manual. I figured someone would have experience and know how to best explain some of this.

Default

Depending on what front and rear speakers you have I would set the FREQ Hz to about 100. Then the sub Freq to 100. Gains are like volume controls. Don't know what Punch EQ is. Probably like a bass boost
