Default Best Phone Mic Location
Installed my stereo but trying to decide what is the best locationfor the mic. On the steering column or overhead by the visor? Thanks for any input.

In the sync trucks Ford moved the mic from the mirror to the visor for the best results.

Why not try both and give us some feedback, you already have the mic.

Mine is above the rear view mirror with the wire tucked under the headliner. Works great.

I put mine in the upper left hand corner at the top of the pillar and have had no complaints from people while on the phone
