Bench Removal/Box Install
This is my first post ever on this forum (or any forum) I'm looking forward to the great advice!
I have a 2005 F150 Super Cab. I've been mulling over different options about adding bass to my ride. Under the seat single/double 10" slims. My dilemma is amp placement on a double without removing the back of the seat. A powered unit, I know of a Rockford Fosgate product that is a single powered 8" that is 300watt I belive. The option I'd like to get input on is this. With having the split bench in the back. I thought about removing the smaller portion on the passenger side, and building and carpeting a box to take its place (cup holder and all). Hoping to possibly fit full size either dual 10" or 12" within it. (Depending on air space) I'd be happy with a solid single 12 in it also. Has anyone seen this done? Done it them selves? Ideas, advice, etc?
