I'm gonna have to disagree here. The alpine is a solid amp, but there's lots of amps out there just as good for half the price. You are paying for a name when you buy alpine. I'll spend half the money on MBQuart, Hifonics, Massive, Soundstream, PPI etc and get the same performance

I agree with king here on this one. I would personally get a 2 channel amp to run just front component speakers and a mono amp for sub-stage (depends on what the OP is going for).
