I can however comment on a 4-channel amp. I currently own the Alpine PDX-F4. It is an amazing amp. Produces no heat at all, I've had it at it's limits with my speakers for hours at a time. It's a little bit pricey but with 4 channel amps I've come to learn you get what you pay for.

I'm gonna have to disagree here. The alpine is a solid amp, but there's lots of amps out there just as good for half the price. You are paying for a name when you buy alpine. I'll spend half the money on MBQuart, Hifonics, Massive, Soundstream, PPI etc and get the same performance
