Front are 6x9 in door. Rear are 6.5 round in rear. Fits 5 1/4 with bracket too, pretty common. And yes, tweeters. Probably have the center channel too when "driver" sound stage is selected in your sound settings.

I wouldnt just use sound dampening material to cover up a hole in the doors that size. There are far superior and smarter ways to do so with superior results. I will be starting my audio build thread soon with pics of a "better, smarter" way. I did the same on my 2000 Nissan Frontier. i used sheet metal cut to the proper side, and applied sound deadening material to both sides. Doing it this way gives you a VERY rigid and nearly completely sealed off door. You can see the sheet metal that I used in the 2nd pic. Since this is also an access hole, there are many ways to make this panel removeable by investing in a panel rivet gun and use threaded studs to hold the sheet metal panel in place. Just an idea.....that works extremely well.
Cant quite do this in my S-Crew but I have ideas to install subs up front hidden and ported into the cabin.

I covered everything on mine. holes and all. Made a BIG difference in reducing the outside noise. I really think most if not all of the wind noise I had was because of the window seals. I have a 2015 XLT SCAB.
When I covered the holes in my doors, noise level dropped considerably. Now I can hardly hear cars passing me on the highway.
Use quality material and I will bet you will be surprised in the sound reduction
Wish I would have done more on the floors and back wall. Maybe in the future

Update - Almost go time
Update: I changed my mind to the 5 channel JL Audio RD900/5. However, after waiting 5 months for the thing to ship, i finally cancelled the order. I went with the Alpine PDR-V75 5 channel. Got it in 3 days.
OK, so here is my build so far since I made a few tweeks:
Focal PS165F for front
Focal Auditor R-130C for the rear fill
Alpine PDR-V75
Audiocontrol DQ-61
May run no sub or possibly throw in my existing Infinity Kappa Perfect 10 VQ as a temporary sub fix. Goal is to eventually have a shallow sub or an 8".
Also, I decided to get the remainder of the install all done by the pros at a local shop. After the amount of time and amount of money (a lot to me) I wanted to finally just be done and have the confidence it was done correctly. I have sound deadener in and all 4 new speakers in, just not installed...although I am having trouble figuring out how to secure my new tweeters in place. That is still a work in process (any thoughts?).
Install gets done this Sunday...REALLY looking fwd to it! Pics below of before/after with my new Focals in the front! Beautiful speaker!

I really want to do the same setup. Same focals, same sound deadening, and probably rockford amp. I wanna do a ten inch shallow sub. Probably JL. I hope this works for you because this is all I really have to follow

Sunday update
Installer had it all day, called at end of day to ask to hold overnight. Said it would be a late night if not and they want to do it right. The guy I talked to wasn't doing the work so he didn't know details, just that there were some items to work out to make it all come together and sound good... I of course want that and don't want it rushed so I agreed. Fingers crossed this is business as usual and nothing to be concerned with. I've waited since April, what's another night?
