Default Back set lift on 2002

I have a 2002 super crew. I have a kicker 12" that is 6 1/4" mounting depth. The box I am looking for only has 5 1/4 mounting depth. So I need at least a inch lift or would rather have a inch and a half more. My question is what do y'all use for a back seat lift and can you explain the process or give me pictures? If I can get a little more space I can just take the demensions of the box I'm looking at and just make the mounting depth a little bigger and build my own box. What do y'all use bricks blocks? What? Help!!! Or give me a link to a box that could hold a 12" with mounting depth of at least 6 1/4"
