Default Help with Sony Nav

Yes I know there's threads but I've spent an hour looking manually cause the search is messing up.
I need to know the easiest way to wire in an amplifier to my Sony with nav. I don't want to take out the radio.
What wires can I splice into from the sub connector? And can I just use a simple LOC?

Get a LC2I connector. Thats what I did. Its a line out converter that turns on and off by sensing power to your factory speakers so you don't have you use a remote wire. However I did take out my Factory Sub and put in two aftermarket 10 inch subs and amp

I was given a PAC 4 channel converter, and I'm adding two tens as well. But I was wondering about what wires are what on the stock plug for the sub
