Aux cable for 2004 f150
#3
wyo is right you need an adapter, I have a unit that allows you to retain your cd changer and allows for an auxiliary cable to be plugged in let me know if you are interested. it would be a heck of a lot cheaper than getting a new head unit

Here is the unit I have it also comes with a I simple aux cord so you can mount the input plug wherever you want and also the rca to 1/4 in adapter. there is only a two wire setup which requires you to tap the power and ground line from your cigarette lighter. I think install time took about 15 minutes because I had to pull the front dash piece.
the whole setup ran me about 120.
Ill sell it to you for 50 shipped. Let me know if its easier you can message me. thanks
