Wanting to get a 12" FI-Q sub but I'm just curious if anyone has heard one in person. The mounting depth of that speaker is 7" and every box I've seen is about maxed out at around 6 inches for under the rear seat. With that said I'm sure I will have to do the 2 1/2" rear seat lift and build a custom box. I'm still Debating on which amp to run it. FI's website says the Q12 has an rms of 1500 watts and I would get the dual 1 ohm version. Where are you guys mounting your amps also? Any input is greatly appreciated!
