Default Any HU suggestions?

Got an 04 SCrew and I'm looking to upgrade from my factory headunit. I had a JVC headunit in my old car and I loved that I could just plug in my USB cable for my iPhone into the HU and that would play anything I wanted from pandora to music and podcasts while charging. I'm looking for another HU that can do these things without having to buy adapters and blah blah. I'd like to go double din with an in dash since the ford factory headunit is so chunky and I don't want a big gaping hole in the dash. Anyone have something similar to this type of HU or any possible suggestions? I'm looking to spend around 300 max

A good place to start is Crutchfield. Enter your truck info and the site tells you what fits. Crutchfield is usually more expensive but you get lifetime tech support, instructions and usually they include other needed parts for installs included in the price. Whether you buy from Crtuch or not, it is a good starting point.
