The Parrot works best for adding an inline amp. You could add the LOCs to it and run the speaker wire from the amp to the part of the harness going to your factory speaker wire. Not an ideal setup.

My plan is to add only 1 LOC to wire the subwoofer amp to the parrot harness

What about the 4 channel amp for the doors? You can pick up a signal for your LOC for the sub off of the rear speaker wire in the door channel. You don't need the harness for that.

The 4 ch amp will be spliced in between the parrot harness.

Parrot FOR-CK11 Harness
Clarion XC1410 4 channel amp
Line Output Converter
Kicker zx750.1 amp
Kicker L7 12" sub
Infinity Kappa 682.11 door speakers (not pictured)

You will just need a wiring kit for your sub amp. Looks good.

Thanks I have the amp wiring kit its just not pictured.
Do you know what to do with the Yellow and Black wires coming out from the parrot harness?
