I don't know what you're asking. Your amp will provide 400W RMS bridged, but the minimum impedence you can hook up to it bridged is 4 ohms. That means if you went with one sub, you should get one that either has one single 4 ohm voice coil, or 2 2-ohm voice coils and hook the voice coils up in series to get 4 ohms.

So I just bought a 12" Visonik 800w max 350w rms. I still have to build a box. I'm gonna try to do it tomorrow.

So I got all the board marked and ready to cut. I'm making it 14h X 16w X 14d. That's about 1.4 Cu Ft. I't says the recomended box size is 1.0-1.5 Cu Ft.

as for the ported boxes go. ported boxes have to be bigger than a sealed box. u can use a smaller amp with a ported box and get same loudness as a sealed box with a bigger amp. being that the heat is not trapped in the box the subs are not as stressed as much too. u also have to tune ur port to the sub. if u dont it sounds like crap. but i prefer sealed boxes. they seem to produce tighter bass and the boxes can be smaller.

the best compromise between the efficiency of a ported, or bass reflex system and a acoustic suspension's tight control is called a bipolar speaker system with a passive driver. The bipolar system in my opinion is the best design for a subwoof.

Go here this is a good site to explain things in a clear way.
