Default Amp wiring length

Hey guys,

I've searched around quite a bit and can't seem to find anyone's wire length. I'm trying to figure out how much wire I need to power the amp. Taking a tape measure to my 2010 SuperCrew put me at around 15 feet if I stay on the passenger side and run the wire under the door jams.

Does this sound like enough to anyone who has installed a system in a SuperCrew?

And where do you guys ground your amps? I usually use a seat belt mount bolt in most of my installs.

I used 17 feet from the battery to behind the left rear seat and had less than a foot of slack.

Awesome. Thanks so much Lasso.

I've got a pair of 10's, a 2 x 80W amp that bridges to 200W, and a bunch of MDF just laying around. Time to grab some wiring from KunKonceptz and turn them into some thump.

Now to figure out what to do about the input signal... LOC ... PAC module ... 3sixty ... etc...

Probably will go the cheap route for now, and down the road buy some components and a 4 channel amp, at which time I'll probably grab one of the fancy signal processors.

Thanks again
