amp size?
i just bought two kenwood 12'' shallow subs yesterday and hooked them up to my 2600 watt diablo series boss amp and it just dont have enough power. the subs are 4 ohm and 1400 watt peak and 350 rms each. and the amp is 1900 watt max at 2 ohm. what size amp does anyone recomend ? i want a really high quality amp. im thinking a power acoustik or a hifonics amp.
any recomendations on size and brand?
thanks

if you want a high dollar amp and want something quality.... get a cadence... dont go with hifonics (ive never had any luck with them).... i had a 1600 watt autotek amp once, and it was awesome! but it didn't have anything on the cadence ultrashock (A7+Hc) 1200 competetition amp that i had lol now that thing was a beast! ive owned a few rockford fosgates, and they were good amps to, but the channels always burnt out in em....

75x4 rms
1x75 rms (@4ohms) or 1x150rms (@2ohms)
1x450 rms @2ohms
Total of 825 - 900 watts of rms power and this system is clean and thumps well enough for my SQL needs.
