I'm looking at adding 1 JL Audio powerwedge 12" (RMS 400 W, sealed) to my truck. I'm not sure which amp to go with so I wanted to ask the board and see what yall thought.

Right now I considering the following but I'm open to other recommendations. Ball park $250-$350. I know 1 or 2 of the listed may retail for a higher price but I've already been quoted

For any that are around $150-$200 I do consider but can't help but think I'll "get what I pay for".

I'm fairly new to the audio game but this is the sub I want and I just need some help choosing which amp to go with. I typically listen at a moderate level. SQ is goal but still want the ability to boom if desired. I will eventually upgrade the door speakers but probably not anytime soon.

Fwiw, the stero shop recommends the XD300 but said the JX500 would be okay too; it's just not as good of an amp as the XD. (I got that, but the watts though??)

2016 Lariat screw 8" Nav, no sony, basic audio. I like all types of music but love a good beat with bass in rap/hip-hop, trap/chillstep, etc.
