Default amp installation

does anyone know what wires are what when you're tapping into the back of the stock stereo? i mainly need to know the speaker level outputs and the one that would tell the amp when to power up.

i have a 2009 xlt with the single cd/mp3 and sync. i want to install a amp and 4 new speakers because the factory speakers suck but i want to keep it looking stock
