Personally, thats not the deck to get if your looking for all that. It doesnt seem to have alot of stuff built in. It needs a lot of adapters to get it to do all the stuff you want it to. Just my 02. cents.

I say thats a go man. It has everything it seems you need. The only adapter you'll need is this PAC SWI-PSv1 as they say for the steering wheel controls. Other then that you look like you are good to go. You'll just need the plastic install kit and harness for your year truck. Any other questions?

Be advised there is trimming involved when doing a double din. I got all my stuff from ebay. Way cheaper then best buy.
Wiring harness-http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/METRA-98-07-Ford-Lincoln-Mercury-Car-Radio-Wire-Harness-/360340198938?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item53e5f3161 a
Install kit-http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Metra-Ford-Expedition-F-150-Navigator-95-5818-Dash-Kit-/270700352119?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item3f06ff927 7

Now the pac adapter, i dont know anything about. I know what it does but i dont know where to get it from. Ebay had one or two but i didnt know if it was the right one or not. The two items above, i would like to have someone double check that but these are the exact items i bought for my install. I havent done mine yet so be prepared for cutting and sanding. Hope you have a dremel handy.

Def eBay I have a alpine w505 love it install wasn't to bad I would recommend gettin a video bypass adapter not quite sure on the item number but its worth it on long trips and there's not to much trimming if you get the right kit

I'm not sure what year his truck is Black'd, but it looks new enough from the avatar that he won't have to do any trimming.

Oh yea your right he looks like he has a newer truck then i do so it should slide right in there. I'm hoping the install kit and harness works with his year too but i'm sure it does.
